The Challenge
The University of Dodoma (UDOM) needed branding and print materials for a massive graduation ceremony involving over 5,000 graduates. The requirements included 10,000 program booklets, 500 VIP invites, and 5 oversized outdoor banners, all with a strict 7-day turnaround time during peak season.
The Solution
inkMEDIA utilized its high-speed digital printing fleet for the booklets and large-format machines for the banners. We operated 24/7 in three shifts to ensure zero downtime. Every program booklet underwent a manual quality check for binding and finishing before packaging.
The Results
Delivered all 10,000+ items 48 hours before the ceremony. The graduation was widely praised for its organized appearance, and the durable banners survived Dodoma's windy conditions throughout the event week without tearing.
